Surface Painting & Silk-screen Test 用NORMAN Tool Inc的RCA#7-IBB機器，用在測試表面的負荷為175g，NTI的11/16寬度的磨擦紙，17Cycle/min，循環長度16cm。不低于350次(此項測試以HAIER為準，我們的標準為500次)。
11.鹽霧測試
Salt Fog Test 溫濕度/ Temp & Humid: +35℃, 85%RH， pH=6.5~7.2；
沉降量/ Fallout rate=1.0~2.0 ml/80cm2/h；
持續時間/ Duration: 48h。
12.裸機跌落測試
Unpacked Drop Test 木質地面，高度/ Drop height: (165 cm)，開蓋跌落時，一面一次/.netime for each face with opened flip。
合蓋跌落時，一面一次/ One time for each face with closed flip。
13.裸機碰撞測試
Unpacked Bump Test 裸機、裝上電池，頻譜/ Spectrum: 半正弦/ Half sine；
持續時間/ Duration: 6ms；
加速度/ Acceleration: 250m/s2(Approximately 25g)；
方向/ Direction: 6 faces；

DROP TEST FOR UNPACKED APPARATUS
Evaluate the shock resistance of an apparatus unpacked to resist a series of drop tests.
評估無包裝的儀器的耐震強度來進行一系列下落測試
1. STANDARD標準
This test is according to the standard NFC 20 732 equivalent to the standard CEI 68-2-32 此測試根據等同于標準cei68-2-32的標準nfc20732。
2. PRINCIPLE原理

3.2 Dropping height下落高度
The height shall be measured from the part of the specimen nearest to the test surface, when the specimen is suspended prior to letting it fall.

3.3 Method of release釋放方法
The method of releasing the specimen shall be such as to allow free fall from the position of suspension, with a minimum of disturbance at the moment of release.

3.5 Number of products minimum產品最小值
3 apparatus minimum must be tested.三個儀器的最小值必須被檢查
3.6 During the test測試時
14 consecutive drop tests on all the faces as defined in the diagram : one on each face and corner while the apparatus is working. Even if the apparatus doesn't fall on the face or corner desired, the drop isn't done again.

4. JUDGEMENT判斷
The specimen shall be visually examinated and electrically and mechanically checked after each drop. 在每一次下落后,樣品外觀要檢查,電力方面和機械方面也要檢查
o Checking performances of equipment.檢查設備的性能
- Possibility to switch on and off the mobile開關手機
- Mobile stay switched on alone手機保持單獨打開
- All buttons/keys are functioning. 所有的按鈕都要檢查是否能使用
- Transaction with SIM card possible. 處理sim卡
