how to improve my listening ability

It is really hard to understand our Indian colleagues,and their accent is not clear. Back in school, i study hard to understand American accent and pronounce as a native. But now i have to get used to Indian accent.

One good thing is that after you listened the Indian accent,you will become more confident.The bad thing is no matter how hard you try to listen,you still can't undersant them .

I always ask myself why let Indian get used to our accent.But in fact, it is not impossible.Because in software industry,India keeps ahead China nearly 50 years. Sometimes, i can not believe the fact. Why does Chinese software industry drop behind so much?

After all, i have to get used to Indian accent,but how?Some tells me listen as much as possible. One day, you will find youself understand it suddenly.
