多數據表共用一個頁的新聞發布（PHP）
本文為了簡單并能夠說明主要內容，一些次要的html內容相對簡單。
在網站有多個內容要在某一頁顯示時可在網頁中共用一個顯示和提交。
本例中有兩個數據表(news,ctm)；一個主頁(index.php)；
一個提交頁(index_pub.php；和一個包函頁(index_view.php)
一個子頁(view_d.php)。
