修改 linux thread 下單個進程能創建的線程數量的限制

在 linux thread 下單個進程能創建的最大線程數在 glibc 編譯期就已經確定下來了，如果要加大進程能創建的線程數量，
需要重新編譯 glibc，改變相關的限制。:-)，一般需要修改linuxthreads/internals.h 中的 STACK_SIZE 和 
linuxthreads/sysdeps/unix/sysv/linux/bits/local_lim.h 文件中的 PTHREAD_THREADS_MAX 的定義。

下面的 patch 是個修改的例子：
