HelixServer 11 for Linux

網上流傳著一個<<流媒體Helix Server詳細安裝，配置>>的文章,詳細講解了Helix_DNA_Server_10.1.tar.gz的安裝方法,今天我在RHEL AS 4.2上成功安裝了Helix Server Unlimited v11.0.1.1884 For Linux,這個版本新一些,使用方法也有一點點不同于Helix_DNA_Server_10.1,我把安裝與設置過程記錄了下來,分享一下,但愿不是狗尾續貂.....

(linux公社有Helix_DNA_Server_10.1可下載,不過我喜歡新些的版本)

漢化補丁 下載地址:http://www.helix.cn/download/Helix_Administrator_CHS_2.01.rar  (解壓密碼:www.helix.cn)

  以上兩個文件都是用rar壓縮的,你可以在你的linux中系統裝一個rar_forlinux來解壓,也可以winrar解壓好再到linux系統中使用,我已經解壓好了,解壓后的文件都放在了同一個文件夾內.

下面是安裝過程

 [ 為默認的英文語言包重命名,這樣做的主要目的是,萬一某一刻你突然感覺英文看著很爽,依然可以將管理界面換回英文 ]

[ 檢查服務是否已正常啟動 ]

  這時你的流媒體服務器已經正常運行了,可以在遠程進行維護.我是在另一臺WINDOWS機上進行維護的.打開IE(或其他瀏覽器),輸入 http://192.168.213.128:11111/admin/index.html
  會提示讓你輸入用戶名和密碼,驗證便可以看到管理界面,并且已經是全中文,如圖




  端口設置可在這里隨意更改



  限制最大用戶數:



"加載點"里的內容一般是一定要更改的



  現在我添加一個新的加載點mov1,注意加載點/mov1/最后一定要有這個"/",設置好后"應用"



  更改加載點內容后若想生效必須重新啟動helixserver服務,重啟服務器按鈕可在管理界面的右上角看到,重啟后頁面會在20秒后自動刷新,一般不需要等那么久,可以手動重載頁面.




  Helix Server Unlimited v11.0.1.1884已經將以前放在 "服務器設置中"的"媒體演示"功能也挪到,了右上角,和幫助等放在了一起,這樣的更改的確更合理,你可以轉到"媒體演示"頁面進行服務器測試.這時你的流媒體服務器已基本能滿足要求.



  可監控服務器運行狀態



  helixserver還可以做許多設置,如訪問控制,廣播等,管理界面已經是中文,應當不難看懂,有些功能我自己也沒有摸清楚,您可以到網上查到一些關于設置的文章,最好的教程是它的幫助文檔.
